Wasn't a fan of the parking garage.

Disliked: Confusing layout.

There is no place like Hyatt.

Disliked: Small room and smelly pillows and very noisy - couldn't sleep :(

Liked: The room was clean and swimming pool was nice.
Disliked: The valet rushed us to get out the car. We didn’t even get all our stuff out of the car. They didn’t have carts available.

Liked: The lobby
Disliked: The room and entire side of the building were boiling hot. The room had appliances that were broken, and the interior doors were missing handles. The elevators broke, and we had to use the service elevator to get to our floor. It seemed extremely unsafe. We asked for maintenance several times and eventually had to be moved to another room on the other side of the hotel.
