Disliked: An item was left in the room I stayed in, and I called the next day when I noticed, and I was told they did not have the item. I can only assume it was stolen or lost by staff. I waited on the phone for over twenty minutes waiting for the front desk to pick up to follow-up on my inquiry. This is very unprofessional conduct. Another issue I had was only one of the valet staff knew how to drive a manual transmission, so they had me leave my car in the front of the hotel. This is baffling, and I was afraid my car would get broken into over night. I will not be staying again.

Liked: We didn't get a chance to visit the pool but we did see it from the restaurant and it looked amazing. For our next stay we plan to visit the pool. The food at the restaurant was delicious, I had the fettuccine pasta! The room was spacious, clean, smelled great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was bigger than I imagined it would be. It was close to a lot of restaurants, within walking distance or just hop on a scooter.
Disliked: My only issue was Uber had a difficult time finding the place. I later learned that the courtyard is formerly the Sheridan. So Uber would get a little lost looking for it, so it would take them a few go around to find us. That was my only issue. Uber eventually found us, we just had to help navigate them to us.

Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Poor management, outdated hotel, smells like humidity. Worst experience I have had so far: they recently decided to offer valet parking only but it’s a complete disaster, they are slow and a bunch of cars are always parked outside the lobby making it difficult to even drop your car, and what’s worst is that they are not well coordinated with the front desk. They charged me twice and after leaving the property it is impossible to get ahold of someone from management or the front desk. They won’t answer the phone, text or email.
