Clean and comfortable

Liked: It's clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. This was the second time we have stayed when there was an event at the Cuthbert Amphitheater. It's only about 5 minutes away. There's also a bar and grill (minors welcome) within walking distance.
Disliked: About 10 minutes after we got settled in, the man who checked us in opened our door. He quickly shut it when he realized his mistake, but that is not okay. It should never happen. Also, the door to our room didn't latch and lock unless we pulled on it (or pushed) pretty hard.

Disliked: Very simple, needed more choice. Needed more selection all round really.

Simple and decent value

Liked: The room was simple and tidy. Breakfast was offered as hot coffee and some pastries, which was a nice surprise. The location was very convenient and the grounds were well kept.
Disliked: The room we booked was not available when we arrived. The extra pull out bed offered was stained and had rat droppings on it. :( There was a big track and field event the same weekend and the front desk worker did the best he could do to help us through. The motel is also on a busy road, which can be loud at times.

Liked: Location was terrific. Breakfast was on the stoic side. Stephen was a stellar help.
Disliked: 1 ply toilet papaer
