Very poor experience, no control...

Liked: Bar, restaurant
Disliked: Poor car parking. Lack of control on children of guests. Children playing with the lifts and very rude abusive parents confronting and verbally harassing me. Will not be returning in the future, when a hotel allows guests who do not know how to respect others

Liked: Fabulous hotel. Amazingly comfortable and very clean room. Lovely staff. Easy safe parking. Stayed a Thursday and a Friday night. Asked for a quiet room. Thursday night was so peaceful. Woke up Friday morning to nothing but bird song and had breakfast in my room.
Disliked: Friday night was similar until 3.20am, when a hen party descended on my floor. Banging of doors, in and out of rooms with shouting and screaming laughter. Ah, now I know why people comment on noisy weekends. What a pity as everything else was great. As a result, I've 'only' knocked a single mark off. Should have taken more but I enjoyed my stay.
