Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel falls short of expectations for a 4-star property. Basic amenities such as tissues, slippers, and bathrobes are not provided, which is surprising at this level. There’s also no in-room phone, so if you need assistance, be prepared to either walk down to reception or use your personal mobile device. Unfortunately, the staff at reception are noticeably unwelcoming and lack friendliness, which adds to the overall disappointment. Lastly, the room doors are extremely thin, making it hard to relax with all the noise from people walking and talking in the hallway.

Liked: The location was very good, central but in a quiet area
Disliked: The breakfast was limited and expensive for what it is

Amazing but hot

Liked: Lovely location, very quiet
Disliked: Hot, really hot. We had a canal room which can get pretty hot inside, the ventilator didn't really do it's job
