Pleasant stay

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was good with plenty of hot water.The hotel is in a good location. A
Disliked: The entrance to the hotel is in need of updating. There were signs that this may be about to happen but during our stay the steps we not cleaned once leading to a general littering of the area.This is a shame as it gives the wrong impression of the inside of the hotel.

Liked: Friendly staff is greeting you by the reception.We had to walk to our room to the canal.The bed was comfortable.The bathroom seems renovated. It had a bath.
Disliked: Our rooms definitely needs some renovation. There is a lot of peeling paint on the wall.

Liked: Great location. Very nice spacious room with lots of storage and huge bed. Good air con. Nice restaurant attached to hotel. Staff were great.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect...

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location for dining and shopping. The staff consistently goes put of their way to make guests comfortable. If one has a problem, they will work with you until it is solved. We will definitely return to this lovely hotel!!

Great location and charming room!

Liked: We loved this little "cave" by the canal! We loved the privacy, having chairs and a table provided so we could sit outside by the canal, and it was also so cozy! This was really a suite, with a separate sitting area inside (in addition to the outside seating). The location was perfect, as we could walk to museums, restaurants, and just explore Utrecht.
