Absolutely appalling, I been to...

Liked: The location was fine with beautiful views.
Disliked: The room was very basic, the overall cleanliness was poor. The bar area was poor, the television didn't work in our room and we wasn't even moved to a room that had a working t.v. The breakfast staff totally blanked me when i tried to order more coffee, and the breakfast was a plate of grease that I couldn't eat. So overall I had an awful stay here..I was ready to leave at 11pm only it was too late to go and I had paid. A refund for such a poor stay would be appreciated 👍
