Cried for the first day due to the state of the hotel and not being able to find another instantly.

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to arc de triumph and Eiffel Tower
Disliked: It was unclean, the service was poor and it was extremely slow

Liked: Clean, good state of amenities, friendly stuff. Decent breakfast for 12 euro. Great location - very well connected to all central paris.

Liked: Hotel is great! The room is really nice! Emma is wonderful, she was helpful in very aspect. Sure will stay there again.
Disliked: No complimentary water in the room as in the photos. The noise from the other rooms and from the street.

Liked: The location was wonderful with good bus and metro access. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The breakfast was OK. There were many offerings but the things that should have been hot were on warming platters but weren't very warm. They would have been better off serving the usually bread assortment and coffee rather than trying to hit the scrambled eggs and sausages which weren't very good. The fruit cup had been sitting too long and I ate only one piece then gave up. There are lots of restaurants right there where you can get a coffee and pastry for not much money.

Liked: Perfect location (only 20 mins from the Arc de Triomphe), clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, best value for money - I can only recommend this hotel further!

Liked: Wonderful location. 24 hour front desk. Close to public transportation with access to both major international airport. Friendly staff. USB bedside lamp. Mini fridge, Amazing water pressure for spa style shower.
Disliked: Didn't have 110 outlet in the bathroom. Unfortunately wasn't able to use my electronic shaver.

Disliked: The man working at reception was extremely aggressive and rude to my friend, he ruined my stay and created a hostile uncomfortable and dangerous atmosphere while I stayed at this hotel
