Reasonable value for money but...

Liked: Plenty of space , comfortable bed, tea and coffee in room
Disliked: No soap in dispensers , couldn’t get TV to work , room furniture and decor tired and probably over 40 years old ; lighting was dim .

Poor - 0.5 out of 5

We had to leave and...

Liked: nothing avoid at all costs
Disliked: The pub was closed windows smashed boarded up message on the door to ring someone which we did and told we would not let our dog stay there we booked another hotel via booking.com. The carpark was empty as no one there. I asked about food the woman said the kitchen had to be closed as not fit for purpose. I also advised about the windows being smashed she said everyone moans about that but not their fault. We left stressed and had no food this was after attending a family funeral earlier that day.

Liked: Near where we needed it to be
Disliked: No staff on site, no facilities for food or advice where to go

Fair - 2.5 out of 5

ok for a night stay,...

Liked: the hotel was reasonably priced and it was near to the location we needed to be, It was clean which is the main thing
Disliked: the hotel was remote check in, all of the keys were in one lock box so someone took one of our keys for one of our rooms and there was a lot of confusion trying to sort it, they had to come back from the pub to bring us our key, the lights did not work properly in either room and in my opinion were dangerous, our net curtain was badly ripped and the room was a bit dated, when we looked at the building we said I hope its not that as parts of it had boarded up windows and the car park was well overgrown and looked abandoned, I am sure it was a very safe area but we felt a little uncomfortable, it was a bed for one night and it was clean, so served our purposes
