Disliked: Toilet didn't flush and host thought it was not a problem, just an 'is what it is' attitude. As far as im concerned if a toilet doesn't really flush properly its an issue. And a straight 1 star because of it.

Liked: The room is central to the town. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Though a little dated and tired in the decor.

County accommodation Carnforth

Liked: I booked this last minute for a motcycle event taking place, the County pub attached to this accommodation is closed at the moment, we had been looking forward to having food, we ended up looking for food elsewhere. Location was perfect for our motcycle meeting and ride into Barrow.
Disliked: I wasn't a fan of the remote check-in. Also our room was very dark with only one bedside light working, well it worked when I wobbled the bulb and moved the shade, no light on the ceiling above the bed which it could have done with, also the ceiling light in the bathroom wasn't working, only the light by the mirror worked. The room was clean but very dated and needs a refurbishment, but had a hood night sleep.

Liked: Nothing.. looks nothing like that picture, overgrown weeds and broken window
Disliked: All of it… previous occupants rice all over the carpet, broken window… massive security issue!! … broken bathroom light, no usual hotel essentials ie. Fan, iron etc…No glasses Curtains not fitted properly Overall filth everywhere

Disliked: All carpets and chairs were very stained in our room and the corridor to the rooms. Hotel needs alot of general repairsTap drpping in sink, very annoying, it was dripping last time we stayed.
