Very good

Liked: Two girls on the desk in the evening were really friendly and helpful,beds were comfy shower was goid
Disliked: Woman who served breakfast was a bit rude,family room could have been bigger

Lovely top floor room.

Liked: Given the top room, only one on the floor, amazing view and the shower was lovely, right next to the train station.
Disliked: Bed was 2 put together so the wooden beam in between wasn't the best but a good few night sleep were had.

Liked: TV was great in the room, the kettle, facility to make tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits provided was brilliant, ideal location, friendly staff, baggage storage facility excellent, thank you.
Disliked: Everything was excellent thank you.

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Didn’t even stop checked the room and informed the manager we would not be staying asked for a refund which he said he would do but we have not received it
Disliked: Everything. The room was filthy wouldn’t let the dog sleep it it
