Not the best stay but...

Liked: The room size and location from downtown.Lovely bedding and large towels. No wash cloths.But equally, the intersection to get to parking was extremely hazardous.
Disliked: The maid service was nominal. Wastebaskets were cleared but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Also, the bathroom floor had not been swept when we arrived.Couldn’t control heat in the room.The staff was not too responsive to recommend places to eat nearby.

Really disappointing

Disliked: Unflushed dirty toilet. Surfaces not wiped with thick dust on telephone and lamps. Mugs and spoons used and dirty. No one answered phone when I tried to contact several times before arrival. Very expensive for such a grotty hotel.

Liked: Breakfast was absolutely shocking. Dirty tea and coffee canisters. Questioned constantly by waitress on what was eaten and what was not.
Disliked: Booked a family room and received a treble, they were both different prices but was told they were the same. Was also told parking was free at the cricket club and it was not, stressful trying to find somewhere to park so received incorrect information there. Bed wasn’t made up and no fresh towels. When the towels did arrive they were clean and fresh. Rooms need more attention to detail as they could of been cleaner. The carpet was cleaner than most 4* hotels I have stayed in. Overall I would not be back the breakfast was absolutely shocking. I felt like I had been given incorrect information before and after booking and I really don’t like dishonesty. Beds comfy and clean but walls very thin. Guests from Daish’s were lovely and polite.

Liked: Room was nice and clean, and breakfast was good we also got a buffet at night time was very nice, and was free as well, was not expecting that.

Wonderful staff, all other guests...

Liked: I loved the whole stay there. The staff were amazing. Unfortunately i didnt make it down to Breakfast on both Mornings.The Evening Entertainment on both nights was superb.
Disliked: Nothing to say.
