Always meets my expectations.

Liked: The rooms were all very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There was a loud comotion outside the hotel in the early hours of the morning which could be very clearly heard from our rooms and woke us all.

Liked: Location is excellent breakfast is also very good has a range to suit everyone
Disliked: This is our 4th time there this year always had a good room but this year as a wedding anniversary we booked and was given a very small room with bed jammed against the wall window that didn't open went to reception meet again with the miserable member of staff to be told fully booked couldn't change rooms so on one of the hottest days of the year we were crammed into a small room no open window with a very noisy plug in fan

Liked: The location of the hotel is ideal if you want to be central
Disliked: Cleanliness of the room - of visible dust and old sweets down the side of the bedside tableSize of the room - did not feel like value for moneyTemperature of the room - no air con Having to ask multiple times for a travel cot - this had already been requested on the booking prior to arrival

Liked: Great location, cleanliness, & decor.
Disliked: Air con in the room didn’t work, windows didn’t open either so no air. It was very warm & suffocating. The room was a fair walk from reception
