Good
Liked: Location very convenient, efficient, helpful service, spotless and well maintained.
Disliked: Room a bit musty and difficult to air, with quite a bit of noise from the air-conditioning ducts on the roof below.

Disappointing, tired and poor service
Liked: Great location near the station.
Disliked: We booked 2 small double rooms expecting a small sized space but not a small double bed! The room was really tired with the bed pushed up against the wall one one side and tatty furniture. Milk portions were definitely off... I'm not sure they were uht and we did complain to staff about the issues. Breakfast service was really disappointing. After no one asked us for our tea/ coffee order, we asked the 2 staff members for tea but were told to wait both times. It was not busy. 20 minutes later, we gave up having finished our breakfast which was poor quality and left. Some buffet compartments were empty and not filled up, plastic boxes of ingredients waiting to be microwaved on show, kitchen looked unclean and the thinnest of cheap bread for toast. We wouldn't stay here again.

Good Location
Liked: Located very close to train station.
Disliked: Rooms are very outdated. Extremely hot, with no air conditioning. The windows only opened a little, which didn’t help with the humidity.

Liked: location
Disliked: everytime trying to enter my room, i had to reactive the key card, even i had booked for three nights. and it took ages that the stuff was able to reactivate doing almost like a full check in process again. and the check-in itself also took ages, even booked via booking and all already prepaid. never again @management of the hotel. get your system working. and if things sometimes don't - can happen - train your stuff to accompany accordingly in front of your guests and provide i.e. vouchers on minibar or similar to excuse for time waste etc.
