Didn't want to leave, would...
Liked: The hotel had recently been renovated to a very high standard. Staff were fantastic realy friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an amazing meal in the restaurant would definitely stay again.

Liked: Very helpful and approachable staff/waitresses, my favorite cocktail was not on the menu but that was not a problem to the waitress and soon had my fav on the table, very good service and thank you. Nice quite atmosphere with luxurious indoor/oudoor setting with red carpet layed out for our arrival which was special as this was a treat for my partners birthday then we received a knock from room service just after arriving with a treat and a birthday card from the vermont team. Thank you for making our night a special one. Will definitely be back

Liked: Can't comment as owing to covid restrictions didn't stay there.
Disliked: Couldn't use the room as it was a twin and the Covid restrictions then in place didn't allow my friend and I to share it. On that basis I requested a refund. Lost track of how many members of staff I was passed around. Responses included "that's not our understanding of the restrictions", "it's on you not the hotel whether or not you abide by the restrictions", "we can change your booking if you like as soon as you pay" (room was booked and paid for in January!). Apparently that last was from a new member of staff. Was also given an e-mail address for a reservations manager which didn't work! Can't remember the last time I was treated to such poor customer service.
