Big big mistake

Liked: Worst place to stay in the whole entire world , the first thing was that I the manager / owner tried to charge me an extra $20 from the price I was quoted on this booking app secondly I never touch the bed I changed my clothes for a church event that I was already running late from said my things down went to church came back the evening of March 12th when I arrived back I looked at the bed there was hair on every sheet blankets pillow and pillow cases all the way down to the bed padding the television did not work the cord was not in the wall trying to plug it up it never was able to reach the outlet I complain to the manager about that I took one hand towel with me to church to wipe off the lint on my daughter's dress accidentally left it in the car the guy tried to charge me $10 for one child because he claimed there was a stain on it for makeup we don't wear makeup I went to Walmart purchased a towel for $1.

Liked: We got there with cash he said it's a 100$ deposit, we tried to back out but he would not give us the money back, he said " oh we will figure it out tomorrow", he said "how many people" we told him it was 3 adults 2 kids, he said ok you have to pay extra, I was like , dud we literally were only supposed to pay the initial price which we had signed up for, then the toilet clogged, he said "ok I will fix it but you have to pay extra" then we noticed some things were broken so I told my sister to take more pictures they are in her fone will have to get them later, I felt embarrassed and ripped off.

Disliked: Was charged twice and room wasn't ready. Also wanted an additional $10 transfer fee in cash. Trash outside and inside with some questionable characters hanging around outside

Extremely disappointed.

Liked: The smell of marijuana permeated the entire facility all the time. While we were there in additsend, my 14-year-old sons room. Did not a refrigerator. The magic are on duty refuse to rent second room at a discounted prize. Even though there was hardly anyone there while we stayed as well as the next morning.
Disliked: Don't have your hallways reek of marijuana smoke. Provide breakfast as your website said that it was going to. And have your manager not be totally inflexible in providing a discounted rate when it's warranted.
