Meth'ed Up.

Disliked: Oh where to start. Location is in the dirty part of Counciltucky, I mean Council Bluffs. As soon as I walked in, there was men's clothes piled in a chair by the front door. Open food container and drink cup by the TV. Receptionist was on her cell for a family emergency of some sort. Customer base was rough. The whole place was rough. Carpet worn on the stairs. Looked like they don't clean the furniture, they just replace it with something newish. I hesitantly checked in as it was nonrefundable. Well, I got to the room which smelled like Mac n cheese and curry. I always check the sheets for potential bugs even in the nicest places. I didn't even peel the sheet off the mattress. There was hairs stuck to the sheets, the cloth cover, and a half dollae size stain dead center on the bed. There weren't wrinkles but it was as if it had been ironed or something. I question whether it was just remade or if linens were changed. I then found half a twix candy bar under the bed. I don't know why but I checked the bathroom. The ceiling had brown residue or possible rust on the ceiling edges. I walked out in less than a few minutes and told the counter I was not staying due to these reasons. Evidently there's a cancelation fee of $99. They said they would wave it and for me to go through booking to request refund. Said it would take 7-10 days. I hope to see my money back, but I also feel it was worth the $100 to run away. Spend the extra $40 and go up by the casino. It's less meth'ed up.

Disliked: I love everything about this property the people are wonderful and very helpful. Kevin the owner is an amazing person who understands and looks into any situations that you may have a concern about.

Liked: Convenient location and very reasonable price. Bed was great, I was asleep in moments.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great, but I appreciate that it was available. Coffee was not good.

Liked: Lets start by saying i used to run my own housekeeping business. I got in to my reservation at about 4 am. Night stand had dried stain from previous occupants condiments/food. bathroom sink had water spots like it wasn't wiped down. Could see crumbs and little hairs on the floor. Window unit timed out or would not stay on. And the top cover was heavily stained.
