Disappointing

Don't waste your money on...

Liked: Beds were soft and rooms were warm
Disliked: When they locked me out of my room when i paid them for 2 nights they put in the system 1 night got back to my room couldn't get in and went to the office and they looked it up and found out I paid for 2 nights my paperwork said 2 nights so got another card to get in room in my opinion I should of gotten the 2nd night free due to their mistake my stay was from 3-22 and 3-24 , 2024. Probably won't ever stay there again

Liked: Price was reasonable.
Disliked: The bed was like sleeping on a box, the pillows were worse than folded paper. There were no linens in our room.

It was a nightmare stay...

Liked: I didn't like anything about this place. The staff was a nightmare the manager wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. OVERALL DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Disliked: The room had a gross smell to it. The bed sheets had blood on them. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. had to get new sheets to cover them up. There were burn marks on the blankets and sheets. The door wouldn't lock. Trash and beer cans/ bottles all over the place on the outside. PS I wish I could give this place a 0 out of 10 or 5. Trashes place I have ever stayed at.

Liked: The availability of rooms after being at the hospital all evening after being in an accident.

Would NEVER stay again.

Liked: 1st receptionist was nice in getting me into 3rd room that lights, TV and no graffiti on wall. Was told my reservation was not on computer so signed me in as walk in. Funny cuz I had reservation on my phone. Final room TV did work with remote except to change channels. Sheet were paper thin. Had no towels. Night shift lady was miserable asked for towels and she wasn't responding. Asked again and she asked me to back away. I asked why such big deal to get towels. She said she was checking in a lady standing 10 feet away on phone getting website to translate Spanish to English. After 20 minutes I got my towels being told they were stained but clean. Told her this whole place was stained. I slept in my clothes. That's how bad this place was

Liked: well the price was cheaper than what you were going to charge it was 54 dollars but know wonder why the place was a disaster and I will never stay their again cockroaches everywhere I mean running around everywhere can me out of the frigre and the mic I a sk for a different room but was told they wear l book up but counted 4 rooms emptry on the way from the office
Disliked: everythingn person working the desk inwent and ask fur better pillow s and was told no could but they were flatter than pancake
