Disliked: Dead bugs, dirty walls, clerk unable to answer basic questions is there breakfast what time, is there a coffeemaker or coffee available. Absolutely filthy.

Liked: After a booking error occurred, the staff did their best to accommodate us.
Disliked: Not clean. My room smelled horrible. My nephew found a cockroach in his shower.

Disliked: I don't know how the city and state allow this place to still be open.My wife and I had planned to stop in Albert Lea for a week. We decided to book one night in this motel and, hopefully, extend our stay. But as soon as we got in, we saw that the floor map, the floor, the walls, the refrigerator... everything was incredibly dirty. I first tried to put my food in the refrigerator, but we saw dust and even dead mosquitoes
