Liked: Fair price for minimal service and facility. Single room cottages look freshly built.TV, microwave oven and refrigerator are very useful.
Disliked: It looked like builders just left the site and not all elements were completely finished.That includes floors which were not perfectly clean. You better not take off your boots.

Liked: I booked for this place for a festival in town through Booking.com, and when I got there, there was nobody to find. The office was under construction. So I called the number on the website and left a message. A worker came to me and told me the place was closed for construction. I was not happy to know that I had to rush to find another hotel. It should not have been advertised to book rooms.
Disliked: Better not be charged for not getting a room.

Disliked: I could not stay there. They had no electricity. They were nice enough to set me up at another Motel. I thank them for that. I will try again to stay there next year.
