Would not suggest

Disliked: Only had 3 towels for showers for a family of 5. Shampoo and body wash were travel sizes that were half gone!There were holes in the comforter. Multiple times there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and you had to stand there and ring a bell forever!

Over all it was nice...

Disliked: Some of the breakfast was cold.Pool was totally cold for being a indoor pool

It was ok but we...

Liked: The room was a good size and they were very close to where we wanted to be / who we were visiting. Shower was great and always had clean towels.
Disliked: Less than 24 hours into our stay we informed them we had no cable/ tv. They said they’d fix it but never did. We went the entire week without tv. Also every time cleaning service would come into the room our room keys no longer worked after them. We had to wait until cleaning service came before we left.

Fine but basic

Disliked: It had updates but it still looked worn out .

Liked: The staff I dealt with were very nice.
Disliked: 1st room they gave me wasn’t cleaned. 2nd room, the door didn’t shut tight-could see hall through it- and the hook security did not work correctly.

Worst Experience.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The air didnt work. They had to come unplug it and keep hitting the reset button on it to even get it cool in our room. The beds are not queen size. It's literally 2 full beds. You are paying for 2 queen beds but it's false. The pictures are NOT the same online. There are stains & holes in the walls. The lock had cardboard to hold it up on the door. The staff was not nice at all. Got an attitude when we found something wrong. Not staying there again. That was my first time & definitely my last. I see why it's a 2 star hotel.
