I would never stay here...

Liked: Nothing. I paid for 8 nights and was explicit about the day I was to leave. The staff locked me out and I had to repay even though I had already paid.
Disliked: I left my Apple ear pods and I used the find my AppThey refused to give me back my ear pods even though I saw his little daughter or granddaughter with them in her ear. I filed a police report.

Disliked: Immediately after checking in we noticed that this place had an infestation of bugs. Bugs were all over the ceiling, although I was unable to capture them all. I have pictures and videos and management is still in denial. I was refused a refund. I called back regarding the matter today. Someone hung up in my face and refused to answer after I called back. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Health. This is unacceptable.
