Little differences!

Liked: Room size great and clean. Restaurant on site but not part of the motel provide delicious meals with a happy attitude.
Disliked: Toilet paper...you might say what! But it's of the cheaper than cheap kind. Coffee, milk and biscuit snack and bottled water only offered on day one of a three day stay. NO HOUSEKEEPING ON DAY 3 WITH LITTLE EXPLANATION. NOT EVEN REPLACING FRESH TOWELS UNLESS DIRTY ONES WERE DELIVERED BACK TO RECEPTION BY GUEST. ITS THOSE LITTLE TOUCHES THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD OR BAD EXPERIENCE. ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE COST! Which you don't mind paying if you are treated as a valued customer sadly this was not the case.
