Liked: This Inn is superbly situated out of the way of the mainstream yet close enough to drive to points of interests in minutes. The rooms are exactly as advertised. There is certainly better lodging in the Lancaster area but for the price this was a good selection. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Would recommend upgrading the TVs in the rooms.

Disliked: WHY WERE THERE FIVE STARS LISTED ON THIS HOTEL WHEN BOOKING? It was a clean, two-star hotel. I was misled. No mini fridge, low grade "coffee bar" ; I give it a "C" -- only cheap powdered creamer!! In this mega-coffee day and age!Decor was CLEAN ENOUGH-to-VERY CLEAN But aged and faded - waaaay out of style- 1980s "country" theme. No bottled water to purchase "manager left town with the storeroom key and staff had no access", was the reasonNo elevator to 2nd floor and my friend was a bit unsteady on the steps when she thought she would be okay with it-- we prob could have moved down a floor right away on check in, but she said she was ok with it. I hated seeing her struggle with the steps - thankfully just up and down twice-- don't get me wrong -- steps were wide, slip proof, and hand rails were there, so that was very good, obviously

Quiet, Peaceful, Country Stay

Liked: Quiet country decor. Across the street was a farm with cows. There were rocking chairs in the room. We sat in them and watched the sunset from our window. Location was close to everything. Can get to most attractions, shops within 30 min or less.
Disliked: A mini fridge in the room would be nice, but other than that was perfect.
