Whenever we need to come...

Liked: The room was very clean. Everything was working, air conditioner, refrigerator and microwave. It was quiet at night and felt safe. Randy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating!
Disliked: The shower could of had some grab bars otherwise everything was fine

Beds comfortable but dirty room

Liked: The gentleman was very nice, but the woman was not.
Disliked: It needs cleaned. The molding was bad and broken. It smelled very odd. I saw cockroaches when I was at pool. The pool is in bad shape too!

Ok, but probably won't be...

Liked: Santa Rosa hotels are a bit pricey, so for a one-night stay the Country Inn worked!
Disliked: They did not have by booking.com payment on record, so I paid twice until they later fixed it. Pool was not in any shape to swim in but they say they are fixing it. Shower tile wasn't cleaned well.

Will definitely stay again

Liked: Very beautifully decorated room bed was amazing easy check in location easy to find locate very quiet motel
Disliked: The price but my pain was a little bit on the high side and exiting the motel onto the main road of Santa Rosa avenue was a bit challenging

Disappointing

Disliked: Not clean. Bathroom smelled of urine.

Exceptional

Disappointing, overpriced and dirty.

Liked: There was plenty of parking and the property is conveniently located for the freeway and some fastfood/shopping options.
Disliked: The property was VERY out of date and run down. The room smelled bad and was dirty and the pool was so green it looked unusable. The property is located far from the cultural areas of town and is surrounded by nothing but fast food. There are no amenities (no breakfast, coffee, water). I am unsure if we were placed in such a low quality room because we had a dog, but for $200 a night I would have expected something MUCH cleaner and nicer.
