Good
Disliked: The parking situation was not wonderful. Our car was almost towed because there wasn’t enough spaces and we parked where we were told to/ the next morning there was a tow sign on it.

Dirty, not convinient location,
Liked: The breakfast was average continental breakfast. A lot of stuff was running out but we did eat late. The afternoon staff was friendly.
Disliked: The location was inconvenient to go to the beach, no shuttles, late check in time, the bed had hair from previous guests in it, the sink was filling up as soon as we got there we had to get help opening the stopper. Only had one working ice machine. They tried to get me to sign up for a credit card when checking in?

Overall, it was good-housekeeping could...
Liked: Check-in reception was good and our room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the pool, since the beach was a bit rough that day. It was also nice to have hot breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a nice stay.
Disliked: When we got into our room, both of the Queen bedspreads looked like coffee had been spilled on them and it was noticeable. Also, the refrigerator had not been cleaned. We asked housekeeping to change out the spreads and to clean the fridge. The fridge and one of the bed spreads was changed out. We were disappointed that only one of the spreads was changed because the stains were obvious.
