Liked: Clean, not far from beach but you need to drive, great breakfast and staffing

Spacious for large family, nice...

Liked: The room was spacious, comfortable, clean
Disliked: The pool facility was gross, water was dirty. Pool area wasn’t kept clean or maintained well

Disliked: The room was disappointing. The mattress was rock hard. The doors were heavy and made loud bangs.

Liked: What I Liked - 1. The breakfast was decent. 2. The pool was nice. 3. The rooms were clean. What I disliked - 1. There was a group of kids that ran around creating a ruckus all night. Management did nothing. Nobody on the floor slept till 3 AM thanks to this2. The stay was for a marathon and was a recommendation from the partner site. They even had a board welcoming marathon runners. This welcome did not extend to the event however. The breakfast started well after the event was underway, and there was no extended checkout provided (on a Sunday!!! At a beach town!!) 3. The air conditioning in the room was non functional and the refrigerator had a broken leg and tumbled forward when opened. 4. The smoking area is right at the entrance of the hotel so the lobby constantly smells of smoke and people are usually puffing away when you’re entering or exiting. It was disgusting.

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was so nice and helpful! He was very friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable! He told me things to do in the area and told me all the the information about the hotel. My room was beautiful and clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I will recommend to everyone and I'll definitely be back! I cant wait to try the pool with my kids!
Disliked: The only thing that I really didn't like but it's nothing to complain about was my shower. I don't know if all the rooms are like that. But I had a shower with a handicap seat and a small shower head with no water pressure. I think it was a handicap shower but I didn't request one. I wanted to take a hot bath but there was no faucet in the tub so that was my only dislike. I think I was in room 307.
