Disliked: After driving for 11 hours to stay at this hotel overnight, we were disappointed to find that the pool was closed for repairs.

Disappointed overall with comfort of...

Liked: Location and friendly staff.
Disliked: The bed was so worn out I could see indentations of where people slept. The bed springs could be felt when laying on it. The food was terrible.

Although the facility was clean,...

Liked: The facility was clean. The breakfast was well displayed and a good selection of.
Disliked: The elevator broke while we were there. No communication from the staff was given to customers.
