Close to everything, without the craziness of downtown! Pool area had a fireplace and is open until midnight. Friendly staff; good breakfast; comfortable room.

Disliked: Keys did not work to get into building and pool area. No security. Strong smell of marijuana coming from rooms on 2nd floor. Person let in several individuals into pool area who were not staying at hotel. Made it overcrowded so my grandsons could not swim. Very loud noisy guests who kept disrupting my trying to sleep during the night. Should I go on?…….

Disliked: The guy vacuuming outside my door at 8am right next to my do not disturb sign. Screen door was broken. Fireplace in pool area broken as well.

Disliked: Staff did a wonderful job of handling the situation, as my first room had issues with the door not opening, but the second room I was placed in smelled like smoke and had two burn holes in the comforter. I let staff know at check out due to being exhausted and not wanting to change rooms again and they made sure I was not charged for their issue which was good!

Liked: Location! We are on a motorcycle & like we can use back roads to get to the hotel. The price was good. The staff were great! Nice to have a restaurant and a coffee shop near by.We liked the frig and microwave in the room.The room was clean.
Disliked: The ventilation in the bathroom. We used our towels (once) hung them and used again and the towels never really dried. Had to get new towels from the front desk- the text feature for getting anything doesn’t work- tried it twice. Staff was EXCELLENT about helping out. Staying 3 nights we needed our towels switched out because they didn’t dry even when hung. The damp towels made the room damp smelling- even with the AC fan running to help circulation in the room.I would make it easier to get rid of the damp wash cloths and towels. I think that would be helpful

Disliked: There was a family or two that had kids running in the hall even after 11pm. Lots of kids. My deck has lots of spider wipes like it’s not been clean for a while. So if the teams can keep up with the decks it definitely improves the place a little. Refill at breakfast a little faster or increase breakfast size. A lot of people where kinda sitting waiting for refills or just left without breakfast.
