Added stress, inconvenient

Liked: The front desk employee was helpful and did her best to be accommodating and try to fix our issues. When we had to switch hotels, she helped with that process as well.
Disliked: We reserved an upper level room about eight months in advance. We got there and were told they overbooked. We got a ground level room, way off in the corner of the hotel. We were right by the stairs, which was incredibly loud, the WiFi was pretty much non-existent in that part of the building, and the bathroom door didn't latch. We ended up staying the one night and then switching hotels for our remaining three nights in Winnipeg.

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: Intolerable construction noise in AM even on Saturday at 8. Facing a huge construction bin and equipment container.

Exceptional

Room nice, yard needs safety...

Liked: The room was updated and nice and clean. The motel is under renovation so the front entry is waiting for update. Very nice front desk staff.
Disliked: The yard where we parked our vehicle did not feel safe. There needs to be a fence to keep random people from wandering thru and peering into vehicles to check for valuables.

A bit more on remodel...

Liked: Very clean, attentive staff, array of breakfast choices
Disliked: Front exterior definitely needs that remodel. Larg, noisy group loitering in the lobby- due to wildfire evacuation.
