Liked: Cleanliness. Breakfast. Price. Bed was comfortable. Pillow choices. I like soft pillows and there was one that worked for me
Disliked: Caulking around the toilet should be pulled off and bleach around toilet. Then re caulk. Don’t cover dirt/mold with caulk until it is fully clean. Other than that the room and bathroom were clean

Could have been better but...

Liked: Clean. Excellent service at the desk. Nice room. Solid sleep on good mattress. Quiet because it was Sunday night! Loved going downtown to Winchester, never knew there was a real tourist area, although this has nothing to do with my review of the hotel.
Disliked: TV was using HD Antennae instead of cable so there seemed to be a picture issue... No Cable stations. Breakfast was frozen potatoes with my eggs, which was obviously not a perfect experience. Room lacked *cold water* !!!! what was wrong with the plumbing, I wonder? When I asked about a fountain, Clerk at the desk very kindly gave me a bottle of cold water. [It is always advisable to avoid drinking warm water out of the tap.]

Disliked: Beds were not very comfortable. My back was hurting in the morning

Liked: Staff was very pleasant, from desk staff to breakfast worker and housekeeping staff. Nice location with multiple restaurants in walking distance.Also, very accommodating with parking arrangements for our trucks and trailers.
