This hotel is acceptable, as long as you don't look too closely. The place needs refurbishing, since it's showing a lot of wear and tear, probably from the constant stream of construction workers who stay there.

Liked: Sort of quiet. Hot breakfast.
Disliked: Sort of shabby, especially for the price. Pool closed. No water pressure and little flow in shower/tub.

Disliked: Bacon needed to be crispy. Ran out of butter. Could have had more fresh fruit.

Disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast was tasty and the attendant kept everything supplied and was courteous. The location near Market St. was ideal.
Disliked: The room had a bad odor. I had to ask for facial tissues. The hall carpet in the third floor hall had stains. The pool was closed supposedly for repairs. The stairways on both ends of the building were filthy with badly stained carpet. The television stopped working for about ten minutes...I called the desk and he said he was working on it...later we were able to get the channels again. The whole building needs updated...looks like at one time it was very nice but not antmore.

Terrible

Liked: The location was convenient to the beach and food
Disliked: The room was not clean. The carpets badly need replacing, the smell was foul. We had loose staples from the skirting boards on the floor and hanging out of the wall, so we had to constantly check so our toddler didn’t step on one. The majority of the facilities were out of order including the pool, water bottle fountain and the laundry dispenser. The fitness room was very poorly stocked, the wipes completely dry and one machine didn’t even turn on.

Fine only stayed one night

Liked: It was a nice motel and the room was clean and well kept. The only downside were management issues like running out of breakfast items and coffee and equipment and the pool not being repaired when there were issues.
Disliked: It was nice and what you’d expect from this chain except for level of upkeep was substandard.
