I would stay again based...

Liked: Location was very convenient. The staff was very helpful. The room was perfect size for us.
Disliked: The lock on my door was stuck. It was very hard to use the room key. I had to change keys once and even then had to get the cleaning staff to open the door for me.

It was such a great...

Liked: Breakfast was perfect before heading to Colonial Williamsburg! The beds were comfortable and lots of pillows. We were happy with the location. It was a quick trip to the visitor center!
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were cold. It seemed like the heater wasn’t working!

The stay itself was excellent,...

Liked: The location was excellent for the reason I was there, the breakfast was adequate
Disliked: I did not like that the lights on the back parking lot did not work, so everyone had to jam up in the front or along the side.

Liked: Back splash & granite ctr tops were nice in bathroom, just tub and plumbing needs work. Ice machine wasn't working.
Disliked: Plumbing needs upgrades, stairwell needs some work. Bannister is loose, carpet old. Place had a septic odor.
