I enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the attendant did a great job of replenishing items/cleaning as needed.
Disliked: N/A

Pleasant

Liked: The only thing I liked the location. And breakfast was ok.
Disliked: Room was clean but the door of the shelf was broken which wasn’t big deal but still I was expected them to check before we got there. The bathroom walls were full of paint stain that looked like dirt, was surprising too. But the biggest disappointment was pool. I paid almost 50usd more than average hotels nearby because of indoor pool. It was dirty and cold. Even my son got sick the next day. The floor in the pool was muddy and no towel at all.

Will not stay again until...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Needs updated bad. Water leaked on floor when you took a shower because the shower curtain was too short. Had to slam room door to get it to close. Remote to tv was broke. Property needed to be mowed, curb appeal is first impression. First morning for breakfast there was hardly any food out. Went elsewhere to eat breakfast.

Liked: The guy at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: No food.by the time we arrived there were no breakfast. Waffle machine was broke. Microwave broke. Toaster set off smoke alarm. We ended up goi g out to breakfast. One of the reasons we chose tjis hotel was for breakfast. The pillows were too small and the bed was hard. No coffee inthe room and tje housekeeper couldn't understand me to get any.

Disliked: Bathroom needed upsating. Mold around ceiling in one room of the two we stayed in.

Disappointed, but it's only partially...

Liked: A room was available, the concierge was very nice, the pool was working, there is free breakfast, the shower got hot!
Disliked: I cancelled another reservation and picked this one because it had a pool and the other one didn't [have theirs working]. When I got here however the pool was mediocre with VERY wet and slick floors, my youngest even fell, and the hot tub wasn't working. Luckily I wasn't here for that, but it was an anticipated perk and I was bummed. A large portion of channels on the tv do not work sadly, but apparently that is the case citywide. The shower got very hot and had decent pressure but I am guessing has so much build up, the water only came out of a few holes. Anyway, I don't like that I paid more than double the other hotel for situation that was only a little better BUT that was my choice.

I would not stay here...

Liked: The location to Williamsburg highlights was terrific. Towels and linens were clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The hotel is largely unkempt- overgrown weeds outside, threadbare and stained carpet throughout the hallways and the rooms (including mysterious red stains on the carpet next to the beds in the room).The bathroom had mold on the walls and the bathtub drain was out of the wall. The bathroom fan was exceedingly noisy.Dresser doors did not completely open.Most TV stations did not work.
