Liked: When I arrived there was only one staff on duty but you could not tell she was very courteous respectful and attentive.
Disliked: As I only spent one night here I cannot give you a lot of detail but I can say that it is a great hotel great location wonderful dining hall pool outside so far so good.. beautiful room and pet friendly which I appreciate.

Dirty

Liked: Breakfast and the pool. Close to Busch Gardens
Disliked: Our room was dirty and not stocked. We didn't even have towels or toilet paper when we arrived. The beds smelled like the sheets and pillowcases hadn't been washed and the floor was nasty.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was wonderful
Disliked: The housekeeper could be more friendly .but everything else was perfect

Disliked: It had mold the beds uncomfortable trash bags in the hall at 8pm

Liked: The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. The bed was comfortable too
Disliked: The hotel needs to be renovated.

The sanitation is really bad。

Liked: Nothing I like
Disliked: The sanitation is really bad. I don't know what is blocking the bathtub drain, it looks disgusting. There are false eyelashes left by guests on the bed and bath towels. The bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on. It may be too old and the bed will sink. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I will never stay there again.
