Disliked: Our service animal. Got very ill as we were checking out so we had to leave our 2nd vehicle there while we took him to a er we told the employees at the hotel that we had to take our dog that was laying down lifeless to the hospital and would be back after to pick up the car after staying at the hotel for 11 days we paid almost 1,000 dollars on our stay with them had two broken windows and every time we used the restroom we had to find a plunger and plung the toilet and the people that did the horrible breakfast were very rude to my family every morning to where we didn't even want to go eat anymore after the 3 day of being there. There people had the nerve knowing our animal was in bad shape had someone pull our car with our trailer connected down the street and left it parked with the trunk with all our belongings in it wide open in a turning lane on a 5 lane road in the turning lane in the middle e of this road by a convention center and left it there who knows for how long this blew my mind afterthe toilet not working our bro k en windows and one of the beds also was completely broke to where we had to sleep on only a part of the bed then we pay all this money for the room with all the crazy things we had to deal with staying there then they did that I can not believe these people and how they are even in the hospitality business and conduct business in the way they do.. I will never ever stay there again I would rather sleep in a tent on the side of the road no joke . I want my money refunded but we all know that will never happen so I guess it's another lesson learned. What a horrible experience.
