Passable

Liked: location was good. The bed was comfortable enough and the room seemed clean. the breakfast offered had enough options to make everyone happy.
Disliked: it was an older hotel. The towel rack was coming off wall and the shower creaked very loudly when standing in it. Window was one you could open and close but didn’t seal properly. We could hear people in the rooms near us scratching the walls or t try ing to open or close their windows. It would seem the walls must be pretty thin. Also we woke up in the middle of the night with someone trying to open our door. In the morning we noticed the door was still shut but the lock was turned to the unlock position and the top bar was slid forward. No one entered our room but it still left an uneasy feeling. The building does have security cameras everywhere so that is a plus.

Disliked: Waste of money should've asked for a refund but they are lucky my daughter passed out so we couldn't leave. Room smelled disgusting and they try to cover it with a stronger smell of fabulousa. Rooms not clean. Place looked like it was falling apart even the cart for bagged was a POS. The food was poor quality looked like recycled old food. Family was pretty ghetto and I even called and asked about what they advertise on booking com being sound proof was told its s0und proof. 1,000,000% wrong we had our little kiddos white noise machines cranked to max and still could hear noise. Also the heat/ac there was no medium either too hot or too cold. With the door shut it made the living space where myself and daughter were on pull out mattress was HOT! Wouldn't recommend this place at all unless you roll that way and don't care about wasting money.

Exceptional

Liked: The night staff was absolutely wonderful. We got there super late due to a delayed flight. But she made the check in very easy and she was very understanding to our situation
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, I can see that they were going through some remodeling and repair work but it did not hinder our trip at all.

Liked: Clean room, bath was big,
Disliked: Bathroom need fan. The design on shower it’s impractical and sink need counter no place to put make up and pool need to be update too.

I would not stay here...

Liked: Location was nearby a variety of restaurants, and shopping centers.
Disliked: It smelled bad inside and there were a lot of random people walking around the property that weren’t guests.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We were looking for a decent place to stay for a fun family weekend and this place was not it. We got there in the evening and the staff was to busy talking to friends and smoking outside to check us in. Stood there for 15 minutes with people behind me also waiting after watching us walk in. Then we get to the room and there were stains on the bed and floor and it smelled awful. The pool was completely gross and the hot tub was closed and looked disgusting. Breakfast was not good. The eggs and potatoes were very gross and the lady working stood and watched everything we did at breakfast way to close making us uncomfortable. I’d definitely just pay a bit more and stay anywhere else
