Very good

Liked: Staff were helpful, and important things were clean, like bathroom and bedding.
Disliked: The cooling/heating controls under windows were filthy. No one seems to clean them, even though everyone touches them. The mirrors had been wiped with a dirty rag and were smeary.

Liked: Looks like it is being updated. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Looks like some of the updates still need to be completed.

Disliked: Cardboard cart in hallway. It was there Friday to Sunday. Never moved.

Poor Customer Service but Great...

Liked: Very nice room and comfortable bed. Clean.
Disliked: When I arrived, Debbie, at the desk said I didn't have a reservation. Didn't even look me in the eye and seemed in a hurry to leave. I ended up calling BOOKING.COM to see what happened. They called the hotel and call was answered by someone else who I could hear yelling at them on the phone. She did, however, find my reservation. They were both rude to other customers as well

Disliked: Booking.com didn't get the confirmation number in time. so we never actually got to stay there. I've tried to contact them, and I haven't heard back from them. I feel that they should reimburse me the money that I paid.
