Disliked: We booked a jaquez suite but did not get one. We were called the morning of travel and was told it was not available. Very disappointed. We have stayed at the hotel several times and this never happened before.

Liked: I liked that it was in the city that I lived in for years and in the same city my friend lived in.
Disliked: I didn't care for the feces on the toilet, the body hair all over the flooring, toilet and shower. The beds were rock hard The finger prints all over the mirror and previous water spit had not bed cleaned up. I have pictures and videos of the lack of cleanliness of this place. The hot water jn the shower took forever to warm in the morning. I finally had to jump jn and take a Luke warm shower til it finally was warm enough. I was running late due to waiting for the hot water to kick in. There was two huge rips in the bedroom curtain, a huge hole in the window screen, the jets didn't properly work in the hot tub, and there was a child riding their tricycle around the pool and hot tub area. That same child walked up to the maintenance closet, opened the door, and was touching things inside, and this seemed to be allowed. I have stayed in several Country Inns but this one by far was the most disgusting one. I messaged the management there. I for sure should recieve my money back. I am not pleased that I can only add one photo of my room on here. I have several more.

Liked: Close to the freeway and plenty of restaurants nearby. Quiet location.

Disliked: Room was outdated, sink leaked, stains on carpet and furniture. Front desk staff was not very friendly.
