Liked: we like the hotel.
Disliked: Booking.com didn't get the confirmation number in time. so we never actually got to stay there. I've tried to contact them, and I haven't heard back from them. I feel that they should reimburse me the money that I paid.

Other than those 2 people...

Liked: encountered 2 people at the front desk who were rude. A black woman, and a blonde woman. Different shifts.
Disliked: a lesson on hospitality. Don't forget these people represent you.
