Not great by any measure...

Liked: Checking out.The staff.
Disliked: Shame on you Radisson. This hotel had the WORST uses of single use plastic I have ever seen. At breakfast plastic knives and forks and no real plates. Your coffee? In a cardboard mug wrapped in plastic. Waffles? Every single portion for every guest measured out in a plastic cup. Fruit juice? Plastic cup. Any effort made to recycle any of this? NO! The staff at this hotel were really helpful so I'm not blaming them. But Radisson should take full responsibility for a shocking disregard to the planet. Add to that room not being ready when we arrived. Moved to room where one of us had to sleep on fold out bed. A room which also backed onto the elevator so woken up every time someone used it. Add to that generate noise outside the room. Plus no milk at breakfast 3 out of the 4 days we lasted before checking out two days early.

Disliked: People blocked in our two trailers over night. Your parking sucks!

Liked: It is a nice room.
Disliked: I had to get a new card almost every time we left the room . They acted like I was somehow erasing the card until the last night when they finally realized that actually the battery on the door needed replaced. They also said they had biscuits and gravy for breakfast and instead served powdered eggs and a few other things. We were actually really mad that we booked a hotel that had biscuits and gravy but instead we had to spend extra money to go to a restaurant so that we could have biscuits and gravy.
