Would not recommend

Liked: The location was close to the water park and it included breakfast.
Disliked: When we arrived the beds were barely made with sheets not completely on the mattress and hanging out. The toilet was a push top and didn't flush without taking the tank lid off. The TVs weren't smart TVs so we could stream and the local cable channels were not good. We pulled the curtains back and found a pile of dirt, leaves, and a bandaid that looked like it was swept behind the curtain. The elevator door sensor seemed to get stuck and would try to close for several seconds with us pushing the close door button before actually closing. Breakfast options were decent however the milk cartons seemed to have been frozen and thawed, making them chunky. We didn't chance it and threw them away. Overall would not recommend this hotel and would never stay there again.

Liked: Country Inn & Suites is always a pleasant place to stay. We have stayed at them a few times in Iowa. Helpful, nice staff, easily accessible to local businesses and no carpeted rooms.

Decent budget motel

Liked: The property was confidently located near the hospital. And the staff was extremely professional and friendly.
Disliked: The mattress had only a sheet and no protector. I can’t say I’ve ever encountered this, and found it unsettling.
