Liked: Country Inn & Suites is always a pleasant place to stay. We have stayed at them a few times in Iowa. Helpful, nice staff, easily accessible to local businesses and no carpeted rooms.

Decent budget motel

Liked: The property was confidently located near the hospital. And the staff was extremely professional and friendly.
Disliked: The mattress had only a sheet and no protector. I can’t say I’ve ever encountered this, and found it unsettling.

I would reccommend this as...

Liked: We grabbed a muffin to go, I saw scrambled eggs, waffle makers (one was a mess from strawberries it looked from someone making them), i saw bread, cereals, juice machines, and of course we had coffee. It looked like alot of options, we just decided to get Perkins next door. The front desk staff at check in was amazing Sat. night when I though the hot tub looked dirty, they both came in and tag teamed it (one was being trained) they were so nice and went above and beyond and appropriately adjusted 10% off for the inconvenience. I can't say enough how awesome they were about it! And the remote needed switched out for the TV it wasn't working, that was done right away!
Disliked: Can't complain really, any issues were rectified quickly and professionally and politely!
