Very negative experience, but the...

Liked: The rooms were decent.
Disliked: The shuttle was not running. I was told to go find the Washington Flyer and get a there and they would pay. It turns out there are many Washington Flyers with slightly variations in the name. Three Washington Dulles Flyer charged a flat rate, the hotel would only pay a part of it. After a 10hr flight, jet lagged and sleep deprived the last thing I needed was to find my own transportation when a shuttle was clearly advertised. The reason for my booking.had a a I known this was not available I would have booked a different hotel.I was placed near a group of what looked to be inebriated partying groups that were playing music loudly and were in and out of their rooms constantly. I had to request to be placed elsewhere as I didn’t feel safe.It’s a pity, as the place is not too far from the airport.

Fair due to tv issues.

Disliked: Tv problems— firs didn’t t work at all. Desk came up, talked with someone at length, then worked, then volume didn’t react. Volume was very loud, couldn’t adjust. Finally tried to to turn off, couldn’t turnoff, finally unplugged from wall. Desk clerk alone, difficult to leave desk unattended.

Basic hotel near the airport....

Liked: Standard hotel breakfast, it will keep you alive but nothing special.Room was very quiet! Staff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. Nearby restaurants are convenient, as is the gas station convenience store across the parking lot. The Pakistani restaurant Chaska was really good, recommended by hotel staff.Public transit is close. The bus stop is right across the street, free to ride to the metro station.
Disliked: You have to ask for housekeeping.
