Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Washington D.C. East - Capitol Heights MD

Someone had the wrong room number - kept banging on our door 4:00 am. The carpet in the lobby and hall way was filthy; sofa in the lobby was dirty and arms were torn; the elevator looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. Also, the curtain rod in the room was broken. I would not recommend any of my friends to stay at this hotel.

Would return without hesitation!

Liked: Front desk staff were excellent. All questions were answered and made our party feel at ease. The free breakfast was wonderful. Overall a very good experience. Staff deserves recognition.
Disliked: Shower rod broken.

Liked: The location was close to shops and restaurants
Disliked: The room I reserved was not the room I was given also the tub was full of water I had to return to the front desk and ask for another room The hotel could use some renovations the carpet was dirty and the grout between the tiles was cracked. The lien was dingy and the sheets had small holes

Liked: The door was open to the room when I got to my room the bed was messed at the bottom, and there was no hot water for the shower, and there was no remote to the TV
Disliked: The bed was comfortable

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The curtain had a tear. The hallway smelt funny and the walls were stained. The tv is outdated no Netflix option.

Liked: Great location for going to a concert. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Smelled like marijuana and was not the cleanest place. Hotel definitely needed repairs.

Terrible hotel! Avoid going here...

Liked: The hotel was close to the stadium like 2 miles and free parking is just about the only good thing. It was also close to many food options.
Disliked: The bathroom was likely the worse I have seen in a while. The faucet was detached and broken from the wall and the shower pull didn't work well. It tub was so gross we elected not to shower the one night after a concert and decided to wait until we check in at our second hotel to shower. The TV was so weird and small we didn't even turn it on. The staff were not familiar with their own location!!! Could not tell you the best means of getting to the stadium which will be about the only reason why people book here. Culturally detached and didn't even know who was playing why the guests were there. Horrible!
