Someone had the wrong room number - kept banging on our door 4:00 am. The carpet in the lobby and hall way was filthy; sofa in the lobby was dirty and arms were torn; the elevator looked as if it had not been cleaned in months. Also, the curtain rod in the room was broken. I would not recommend any of my friends to stay at this hotel.

Would return without hesitation!

Liked: Front desk staff were excellent. All questions were answered and made our party feel at ease. The free breakfast was wonderful. Overall a very good experience. Staff deserves recognition.
Disliked: Shower rod broken.

Disliked: The cleanliness, no towels or coffee maker in room, and the facilities were dated

Liked: Nothing but convenient to local food and shopping.
Disliked: The room was very dirty. The staff didn’t have any care to our complaints just offered us a smaller room which was dirty too. I asked for my money back and was told that it was non refundable.

Disliked: Bad smell my room had mold in the microwave.

Worst Country Inn and Suites...

Disliked: Very dirty room, floor had stains and paint missing on the walls. No hot water in the room. Room smelled bad and continental breakfast area was dirty and unsanitary, bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

Liked: NOTHING AT ALL !! NOT A FAMILY HOTEL
Disliked: This property smelled like smoke. The workers was rude. The best spreading was Dirty. I called the next day to ask to speak to a supervisor. I was told that he will come back. He never called me back. I believe they do prostitution out this hotel. This is not a family hotel

Disliked: It has a file odor when we enter the hotel. There was no washcloth and towels because the staff there is very lazy and they do not clean the wash off and towels. We did not get washcloth towel until our last night there.
