Liked: The hotel was clean and in a good location. The staff was very friendly. I enjoy my stay at the hotel.
Disliked: Severing breakfast, they stop too early. Don't get a chance to eat breakfast too early. The parking is too tight.

Definitely not what I expected

Disliked: I unfortunately was not informed of the construction going on down on the beach before booking. Had I realized how bad it was, I would’ve booked somewhere else. I had driven 10 hours to get to the hotel, I was greeted by the woman working (I believe her name was Wendy) but I also wasn’t warned about the beach until after I had slid my card for the deposit I owed. I had also “upgraded” from a king to two queens because it seemed as if the king bed did not have a water view. Upon walking into my room, there was stuff all over the bathroom floor, I showered shortly after arriving which I was given a stained floor towel and it’s quite unsettling seeing that my feet almost instantly turned incredibly dirty after walking from the shower to the bed as if I had been barefoot outside all day. My pillow was also stained was also stained which I didn’t realize til morning. Construction either didn’t stop all night or they began around 3 or 4am (I went outside on the balcony and filmed it with a timestamp) and it unfortunately kept me up because I was on the 2nd floor and it was so loud. The communication between the property and myself is also incredibly unsatisfying as it’s been over 24 hours since I’ve contacted them and I have yet received a response.

Liked: The location was great. Lots of shops and places to eat near by. The room was so nice and the beds were so comfortable.
Disliked: There was work being done on the beach right outside of our hotel so we had to walk to a different part of the beach to enjoy it. There were bulldozers going all day and night.

Liked: The location of this property is excellent , except for the 24 hours on going construction on the beach, so imagine the noise level. The breakfast was the same every day. The cleanest of the facilities is not up to standard. Also if you need supplies you had to walk to the front desk because, the room phone was not working. We had to put our garbage outside in the hallway, because they clean every three days. Not once we were there we had house keeping.
Disliked: We were five of us and it was not pleasant to walk to the front desk every time you needed something, needless to say you had to stand in line for a reception .We had to ask for toilet paper,toiletries and towels replacement and when we were in the dining room we had to wipe our table, because it was not clean up from other guesses. The food were finished and it was not replenished. We stayed four days and I couldn’t wait to leave and to top it all off we had to evacuate in the middle of the night because, someone was smoking and set the fire alarm off. I hate to give this review but management needs to fix these issues for the next guess that arrives.
