Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Tuscaloosa AL

Overall a great experience. We were in town for a concert at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater and glad we found this facility. Very clean; great staff. Will stay here again when the opportunity arises. Thanks.

Liked: Check-out pleasant. Clerk professional. Interested in my stay, she took notes. Read on......
Disliked: Upon arrival, clerk came to counter chomping on gum (unprofessional) no greeting. No professional attire, very sloppy. Received room key, went up to check room and very unpleasant sight upon opening bathroom door, a Large 🪳 which got stepped on immediately. Went downstairs to report, clerk went up to check, returned and said oh that's just a tree roach. We'll to me a Roach is a roach, is a roach. I shall not sleep with the Roaches. She then changed our room. We checked it, then proceeded to wal mart for bug spray. The curtains were very dirty, also the rugs. Bed was lumpy and pillows uncomfortable. No safety bars in tub area. Did not sleep restful at all.

Liked: Great value! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and good price! Friendly staff!
Disliked: The only thing I would change is to add some fresh fruit to the breakfast. However, what was served was very good.

Disliked: the elevator didn't work and I was on the top floor. No one was in the lobby to check in and had to wait until someone appeared

Fair but decent for last...

Liked: I liked how their breakfast was and how it was nice on the inside of the room, it felt like we were in a small cabin hotel thing.
Disliked: The service wasn't great. There were stains on the outside of the hotel room, the elevator wasn't working the morning we had to leave, people left cookies unfinished in the cookie bin, stuff like that. And also the beds are a little bit too small for 2 people.
