If the ant problem is taken care of, I would stay there again.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.
Disliked: We had ants all over the bathroom.

I LOVED everything about the hotel! The front desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating. The room was PERFECT and I absolutely LOVED the complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning. I got a point card for Country Inn & Suites By Carlson and plan on staying at one wherever my boyfriend and I go! :)

Great spot to stay on...

Liked: Chris the GM was a rock star. Kudos to him for running a great property and every staff member was incredible.

Will not stay here again....

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: Compressor in AC unit in original room kept kicking off without cooling room. Drawer in dresser under the tv wouldn’t stay closed. We asked for another room. Again, dresser doors wouldn’t stay shut. AC unit better than first room but again, struggled to cool room. Left fan option on high to move air in room and it would stop after several minutes and then restart after 20-30 seconds. Don’t think this is normal. Employee overseeing breakfast walked off leaving several tables with sticky syrup and crumbs. There was only one other person eating at the time we were there. My husband actually wet down some napkins and wiped down our table as well as two others on our way out when we were done.

Very unfriendly and unwelcoming staff

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The staff was unfriendly. Was told to keep it down at night when we only had the tv on. The lady up front didn’t greet me, just looked till I said something. Morning staff WALKED INTO our room before check out.
