Liked: I enjoyed staff always greeting me whether I was leaving or coming. The room was very clean even when I laughed and came gracefully went in made my dad and gave me clean towels. The facility was very clean and quiet.

Ahh I've stayed better places...

Liked: The multiple eating places around it were good. The proximity to the airport was good as well. I was offered water bottles when I checked in.
Disliked: The shower water was hard water, very drying. I got water out of the sink to give my dog and it was cloudy. There was patch work that was done poorly in all areas of the room. The bedding was itchy. I was charged $50 and wasn't informed as to why. The lady at the front desk wasn't sure when I checked out. Said she would find out and they would get back to me. I still haven't received and emailed copy of my bill that I requested, and I've been home two days already.
