Disliked: Customer Service

I wouldn’t stay there again...

Liked: Lean and comfortable. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Room had a very musty odor and had a de-humidifier running in the room and a larger one in the hallway. The room felt humid even though the AC was running. I felt like the AC unit was not operating properly.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was safe and the free breakfast.
Disliked: The outlet plugs weren't working in my room, hair was left on the bathroom floor, and the housekeeper didn't want to give me additional towels.

Liked: Breakfast was very good and the lady working there was very nice and pleasant to talk to
Disliked: Did not dislike anything

Liked: Good price and great breakfast. Also good location.
Disliked: Corners could have been cleaner but all in all, it was a good stay for the night.

Disliked: The only issue is there policy of charging local residents a $250 hold on your card. I don’t think that’s absolutely necessary, and next time I need to stay locally will definitely consider checking will all the other local hotels to see if they have the same policy

Good place to stay and...

Liked: Location was good, there is laundry facility on site, everything seemed clean. The younger front desk employee was polite and kind and helpful. She gave us good food recommendations along with making sure we had all we needed for the laundry facilities on site.
Disliked: It was kind of loud because of other customers. Also, of the two women who were at the front desk checking us in, the younger of the two was polite and friendly while the older of the two women was not nearly as friendly.
