Liked: Friendly staff. Asked for a quiet room away fromElevator and they honored my request. Clean hotel and breakfast was good .

Don't count on staying here...

Liked: I like that booking.com refunded my money.
Disliked: Got there in the middle of the night and man was very rude and told me that i didn't have a reservation even though they confirmed it with booking.com. He was so very rude!!! He wouldn't even let me in the door to speak to him, i had to speak through a speaker. We ended up having to sleep in our car for a couple of hours, then continue on with our trip to Huntsville Alabama. I would never attempt to stay at this hotel again, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone.

Liked: the facility was very clean and very comfortable. in a nice location also
Disliked: i had knee surgery and expressed that I needed a bathtub tub the staff showed no empathy, no consideration nor did they act like they cared about my situation. the description stated bath tub or shower, so to me that means a choice.
