Disliked: Parking

It was just ok ....

Liked: You can tell it's new owners. It wasn't well put together.
Disliked: The receptionist told me, when I was checking in that she noticed I have a lot of kids with me, can I keep it down; before my kids entered.

Liked: The front desk employee, Justice, went abive and beyond to help me when i had car problems. She saw how stressed iI was, jumped into problem solving mode and got me back up and running in less than an hour! Breakfast was good, well maintained and stocked as needed. The attendant kept it very clean.
Disliked: The pool was very cold. Like ice bath cold!

Not again Country Inns and...

Liked: Nothing. Since I had paid. We toughed it out for 2 nights.
Disliked: The linens were dirty and dingy looking. Had lots of hair on them. The television kept going off and on. The dryer in the guest laundry took too long to dry. We spent $8 trying to dry 6 towels, 2 pairs of trunks, and 2 bathing suits.

Not satisfied

Liked: The morning staff was great. The prior evening staff not so much.
Disliked: We are seniors. We requested at room on top floor as we were traveling through and needed a good night sleep. We were told that top floor was booked so we got third floor. We were guaranteed that it would be quiet. Whoever was in room above us seemed to stomp on the floor all night. We didn’t get much sleep. We won’t stay there again.

Excellent place and staff!!!

Liked: Indoor pool so when it rained you could still be outside.
Disliked: My room was right next to the dinning, so at 6:30 am you heard the chairs moving on across the floor.The bathroom was for handicap, but the shower had no curtain so the floor would get very wet after using.
