Wasn't to Bad

Liked: Love the location. Staff were very nice, and helpful.
Disliked: Swimming pool was closed. However. U understand. Some guess didnt have air condition in their room. Housekeeper had dirty towels in our room.

Don't Believe your CONFIRMED reservation

Liked: Nothing. Arrived after 15 hours of travel from UK to be told that they had no rooms, despite my CONFIRMED RESERVATION. They had oversold and rebooked into an inconvenient sister hotel 10 miles away.
Disliked: Terrible service...never happened before that a credit card reserved room is not honoured. They said they assign rooms on arrival!!!

This hotel has it all!!

Liked: This hotel is excellent for all things! Welcoming, friendliness, convenience, cleanliness, room layout, breakfast... This is definitely our go to hotel when in St. Louis again! The team from the front desk that helped us... Kay, Tiffany, Marsha, Sammie to Bev at breakfast... This team was always kind and friendly and did their jobs with excellence! Any worker that we talked to was always ready to help! And then talk about the perfect location, just step out the front doors and walk along the cobblestone streets loaded with shops and restaurants!!Thank you Country Inn and Suites in St. Charles for taking such amazing care of all 15 or so that stayed with you! You all are top notch!
Disliked: The only thing missing was a place to enjoy sitting as a group outside but you can walk out the front doors and enjoy the streets of Old Town St. Charles with patio areas galore!!
