Wouldn't stay again horrible. Ill...

Liked: Location was good in relation to reach lake michigan
Disliked: Rooms were disgusting. Upon arrival at check in we were greeted by 3 people who seem to be under the influence. Check in counter person was hugging on these people.

Great location, between a tasty...

Liked: All the staff were outstanding; competent and excelling in their role. Clean. Love the pool!
Disliked: The flooring throughout is worn. Cute decor. Security was a concern. The keypad to enter the back door was broken and left open.

Do not stay here

Liked: Location is about it
Disliked: Bedding was filthy, no sheets or pillows as I requested for the hide-a-bed. There was dirty items under the sofa, dirty bathroom floor, shower didn't work correctly, went down to ask for towels as there was 4 of us to be told we don't have any theyre all dirty and gave us hand towels. holes punched in the doors. The smell of pot in the elevators with my 2 14 year old grandkids, a man passed out in the parking lot with children in car seat pot coming from the vehicle.Sent a message about leaving something there with no reply from the staff. Still paid over 600.00 and my granddaughter said grandma is this hotel ghetto as in nasty... A child mind you knew it wasn't clean.
