Typical room, $350.00 mistake for...

Disliked: Being charged major additional amounts other than the one charge for a room $94.33 and one chage for a $50 deposit. I had three one hundred dollar charges and an additional $50 charge to my card. Has not been resolved. Hotel told me they had problems with other people calling them about the same thing and to call back next week if i didnt get it back. That was $350.00 extra I was charged for one room, one night and no mess at all.

Disliked: Dead flies in the room, smoke alarm on the third floor that chirped throughout the night. The staff did not correct this when informed.
