Liked: The property was very well maintained inside and out. Hallways and common areas were clean. Our room had been recently renovated. You could tell that the owners took pride in their property.

Please fix this !

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the room size was great. I liked having a mini fridge too . Dede helped me check in and she was amazing the whole trip and very friendly. I came 2 hours before check in because of my flight and she managed to get me in within 30 minutes.
Disliked: The TV goes out every time it rains. And I mean just sprinkle. Tvs down. That seems a little ridiculous for 2025. The hotels elevator was filthy for 3 days before it was cleaned. There was a snack and soda vending machine and both were out of order. The worst thing..... I locked my key in my room. And I went to get another. A front desk employee who I had never met gave me a key by just saying my room number. I expected to at the very least give my name or show ID. Nope. That had me on edge the rest of the trip. That is extremely unsafe. I'm not going to give any information on who it was as I don't want them to loose their job. But wow ! Is it that easy to break into a hotel room at this place ???? Scary ! I think management needs to go over some things. I don't usually write a bad review but this is needed. Thanks.
