Liked: The room was a great value though I was only there for an overnight 11PM to 9AM the next day.
Disliked: Breakfast was basic but adequate.

The room had an awful...

Liked: The breakfast was the best part and that is not saying much!!
Disliked: The room as musty and gross!!! We actually ended up sleeping on a friends sofa after explaining to them how awful our room was. We tried adjusting the temp in the room which didn’t make a difference at all. The musty smell was so bad that I coughed all night the third night we slept there. We checked out early!! I complained to the owner via email and much was recommended by the staff. He never responded. The staff informed us that room we stayed I. Had prior complaints and didn’t understand why it was still being rented out The customer service manager informed us that 2 years ago the part of the hotel I. Which we stayed had flooded and there has been constant issues with moisture and smell.

Disliked: We asked for a two queen beds we were initially given a handicap room and said that was the only one there then we were given a king bed the pull out sofa was terrible

Liked: Breakfast manager (Rachel) was absolutely the best. My stay was for 6 days and I wanted to rest and just relax from my everyday hustle and bustle at home. After my first day each morning I looked forward to spending it in the presence of Rachel. I would come late around 9:15 because it was more quite. She always made me welcome. We would laugh and chat while she clean. There was not one time that she rushed me or made me feel rushed because of the time. I really appreciated my stay because of her. Say thanks to her for me.
Disliked: There was an incident in which some guests we waiting one night around 7:30 or 8:00 o'clock to be checked in and my guest was. concerned that something had happened to the receptionist because there no one at the desk for an hour or so. That's the only thing that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I wanted to get in the pool but the room felt warm and stagnant. In the mornings it seem as if there was a film on top of the water. Wasn't sure it was being properly maintained.
